Strategy Summary Input

Help us tell
Burdekin's future
story.

As part of development of the Strategy Summary, we're seeking a small amount of additional input from Burdekin's Board and senior leaders.

The Strategy itself has been developed and approved. This survey is not intended to revisit priorities or strategic direction. Rather, it seeks to better understand the future Burdekin is working towards, what makes Burdekin unique, and how the approved priorities contribute to achieving that future.

How your answers will be used: Responses will be used to help inform the Strategy Summary and supporting communications materials — please be as descriptive as possible.
